My career started in the trenches of the ad industry where besides learning to fix bayonets I also developed numerous other skills and creative abilities that proved especially helpful for wining the kinds of battles that hard-charging global brands, agencies and startups often face. 

Today, I specialize in helping brands and the teams that lead them understand their DNA, wield purpose and execute compelling missions that will ultimately inspire belief in the heart and mind of the customer. 

 
 

Professional Background: I am a multidisciplinary brand strategist and executive creative leader based out of southern California. My background spans executive, director and founder level roles in ad agencies (interactive, integrated and experiential), startups (tech, music, apparel and CPG) as well as helping global brands build credible, fully integrated in-house agencies from scratch.
